Refund and Returns policy
We ship all parcels, via ZASIELKOVNA and SPS, with a track & trace number so your parcel can always be tracked.
Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, some items which have longer delivery, if you have ordered an item from our remote warehouse. Find delivery prices for GLS at the bottom here.
We will endeavour to ensure the reliability of We Got Sneakers s.r.o. to ensure all goods are available as displayed, however occasionally inventory errors may affect the availability of an item. We take reservations about price errors, and will cancel orders with pricing errors.
2. Right of withdrawal
You are entitled to a cancellation period of 14 days, for a full refund, required by European law. But we offer 365 days to exchange your item(s) or choose a gift voucher.
How to cancel:
Before the cancellation expires, you must return the received from.
Keindebetstore. It is sufficient that before the deadline you have delievered the received to the shipping company that will deliver the package to Keindebetstore s.r.o.. For example, if you want to prove that you have left in a timely manner, you can save the receipt for handing over the item to the shipping company.
Unless otherwise agreed, you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself for your return.
If, according to the agreement, We Got Sneakers s.r.o. has delivered a replacement product because the product in question could not be delivered as a whole, the cost of the return is the responsibility of We Got Sneakers s.r.o.

You can also cancel the agreement by failing to receive the item or not picking it up in the package store.
Conditions for canceling the agreement:
As a general rule, the condition of the item you return, must be in the same (new) condition as when you received it.
Keindebetstore s.r.o. reserves the right to refuse to receive an item as a result of damaged original packaging. Examples include shoes where the box is damaged.
Information you should be aware of:
- Correct completion of return form in your account
- The item must contain original hangtags & labels
- Clear listing of order number
If one or more of the above requirements are not met, Keindebetstore s.r.o. reserves the right to return the item to the customer.
If Keindebetstore s.r.o. considers that the item has been used, the item is returned to the customer.
When repaying the order amount, you must expect up to 20 days from the day the item is delivered to Keindebetstore s.r.o. until the amount is returned to your account.
When you shop at Keindebetstore s.r.o. you have 24 months of right to claim. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.
Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior. You must advertise within “reasonable time” after you discover the defect in the item. If you advertise within 2 months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will be timely. If the complaint is justified, Keindebetstore s.r.o. will of course reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs.
4. Personal infomation
When you shop at Keindebetstore s.r.o., your personal information is protected. Keindebetstore s.r.o.. continuously updates the content of their policy on how your personal information is processed.
Keindebetstore s.r.o. is responsible for all personal information such as the name, address and date of birth that you disclose to them or which they have disclosed when you shop at Keindebetstore s.r.o. The information is stored at Keindebetstore s.r.o., which of course is also responsible for this confidential information.
When you disclose your personal information to Keindebetstore s.r.o., you also confirm that Keindebetstore s.r.o. can use the information collected to fulfill its obligations to you and offer you the service you expect. Keindebetstore s.r.o. may also need the information to get in touch with you if any problems arise when delivering your goods.
You have the right to contact Keindebetstore s.r.o. and be informed what personal information they have registered. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask them to have it changed or deleted. You may revoke your permission for Keindebetstore s.r.o. to use your information for marketing purposes at any time.
We Got Sneakers s.r.o. never sells or exchanges your information to third parties for marketing purposes outside of Keindebetstore s.r.o. . Information that is passed on to a third party is used only to fulfill our obligations to you.
Your information is stored for 5 years, after which the information is deleted.
